Refund Policy

1. Finality of Digital Goods

Due to the digital nature of the services provided by MLALab.ai and the immediate allocation of computing resources (including but not limited to GPU processing, AI model inference, and third-party API costs), all sales of "Lab Credits" and "Subscription Plans" are final and strictly non-refundable.

2. Consumption of Credits

Once a "Generation Request" (e.g., Animation, Localization, or AI-Audit) is initiated, the associated credits are considered "consumed."

Because these resources cannot be "returned" to our processors, no refunds, partial or full, will be issued even if:

  • The user cancels the process mid-way
  • The user is dissatisfied with the stylistic output
  • The user changes their mind after initiating generation

3. The "AI Nature" Clause

Refunds will not be granted based on the subjective quality of AI-generated content.

AI technology is inherently experimental. The following are considered normal variations and do not constitute a "faulty product":

  • Variations in tone or inflection
  • Cultural nuance differences
  • Minor lip-sync timing errors
  • Pronunciation variations
  • AI "hallucinations" or unexpected interpretations

MLALab.ai is a tool for creators, not a replacement for professional human services. You are responsible for reviewing all output before distribution.

4. Limited Exceptions

Refunds are only considered in the following rare circumstances:

A. Duplicate Billing

A verified technical error resulted in you being charged twice for the same package. You must provide transaction IDs within 48 hours of the duplicate charge.

B. Confirmed System Outage

A verified server-side failure prevented the delivery of the service after credits were deducted, AND the credits were not automatically restored to your account.

To request a review under these exceptions, contact us at billing@mlalab.ai with your transaction details within 48 hours of the incident.

⚠️ Chargeback Warning

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in:

  • Permanent account termination
  • Forfeiture of all unused credits
  • Prohibition from future service use
  • Collection action for the disputed amount plus administrative fees
  • Reporting to fraud prevention services

We maintain comprehensive logs of user consent, credit usage, and API calls as evidence for any dispute resolution process.
