Welcome to MLALab.ai ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our AI-powered video dubbing and content creation services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our Service.
By clicking "I Agree," creating an account, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" and "your" refer to that entity.
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
MLALab.ai provides digital services that consume immediate and irreversible computing resources (API credits). All purchases of Lab Credits are final and non-refundable. By clicking "Generate," you acknowledge that the service is being performed immediately and you waive any right to a "cooling-off" period or refund, even if the AI output does not meet your personal creative expectations.
By making a purchase, you expressly waive any right to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of payment through your bank, credit card company, or payment processor. Any attempt to file a chargeback may result in:
EU/UK Notice: Under EU law, consumers have a 14-day "Right of Withdrawal." However, this does not apply to digital content when you have provided express consent to start the service immediately and acknowledged that you lose your right to withdraw. By using our Service, you provide this consent.
All prices displayed on MLALab.ai are in United States Dollars (USD). If you are paying from outside the United States, your bank or payment provider will convert the charge to your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate.
Applicable sales taxes, VAT, GST/HST, or other government-imposed transaction taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your billing address. MLALab.ai uses a third-party payment processor (Stripe) to determine and collect applicable taxes. Tax amounts, if any, will be shown before you complete your purchase.
MLALab.ai is operated from Ontario, Canada. Canadian residents may be charged GST/HST where applicable. International customers are responsible for any local import duties or taxes imposed by their own jurisdiction.
All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. MLALab.ai does not store, access, or process your credit card number, bank account details, or any other financial payment data. You agree that MLALab.ai is not liable for any security breaches, data leaks, unauthorized charges, or service failures occurring on Stripe's platform. Any payment-related disputes should be directed to Stripe in the first instance.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
You acknowledge that the Lab uses experimental AI technology. Output may contain errors, cultural inaccuracies, or "hallucinations." MLALab.ai is a tool for creators, not a substitute for professional human translation. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before public distribution.
We make NO GUARANTEES regarding:
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for reviewing, verifying, and approving all AI-generated content before publishing, distributing, or using it for any purpose. We strongly recommend human review of all outputs.
The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, or any other form of professional advice. AI-generated translations and content are not certified and should not be relied upon for legal documents, medical instructions, safety-critical applications, or any situation where translation errors could cause harm.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MLALAB.AI, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
MAXIMUM LIABILITY CAP
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MLALab.ai's total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the amount you paid us in the last 30 days, or (b) fifty Canadian dollars (CAD $50.00). This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.
We are not liable for YouTube channel bans, social media account suspensions, loss of revenue, loss of followers, legal actions by third parties, or any social, professional, or financial repercussions resulting from your use of AI-generated content.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above exclusions or limitations may not apply, and you may have additional rights.
You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload, process, and distribute any content you submit to the Service, including but not limited to:
We do not claim ownership of your content. However, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This license terminates when your content is deleted from our systems.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MLALab.ai and its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising from or related to:

You agree NOT to use the Service to:
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
The Service, including its original content (excluding user-uploaded content), features, functionality, software, design, trademarks, service marks, and logos are and will remain the exclusive property of MLALab.ai and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of Canada and international treaties.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you retain ownership of the content you upload. As between you and MLALab.ai, you own the AI-generated output (dubbed audio, translated subtitles, MLA packages) created from your content, subject to the following:
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Service become our property. We may use such feedback without restriction or obligation to you.
MLALab.ai respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content available through the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or applicable Canadian copyright law to our designated agent:
Your notice must include:
Counter-Notice: If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake. We will forward counter-notices to the original complainant.
Repeat Infringers: We will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any unused Lab Credits will be forfeited and are non-refundable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Intellectual Property, and Dispute Resolution) shall survive.
Accounts with no login activity for ninety (90) consecutive days may be deemed "Dormant." Lab Credits on Dormant accounts hold no monetary value and may be cleared without notice. You may reactivate a Dormant account by logging in, but previously cleared credits will not be restored.
In the event of a permanent cessation of the Service, we will provide at least sixty (60) days' notice via the email address associated with your account. During this notice period, you may use any remaining Lab Credits. After the notice period expires, all unused Lab Credits will be cancelled and hold no monetary value. Lab Credits are pre-paid service rights for AI processing and are not redeemable for cash, transferable, or refundable under any circumstances.
If you have a dispute regarding the Service, please contact us first at support@mlalab.ai. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter within 30 days.
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, both parties agree to resolve it through final and binding online arbitration administered by a mutually agreed-upon arbitration provider. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The seat of arbitration shall be Ontario, Canada.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE PARTIES' INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in the Province of Ontario if the claim falls within the court's jurisdiction.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If we learn that a user is under the minimum age, we will terminate their account immediately and delete any personal information collected.
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
We do not sell your data. We use your uploaded content solely to generate your requested output. Content is processed ephemerally through our AI pipeline and is not retained after delivery. For complete details on data collection, use, and retention, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
The Service uses Google OAuth for authentication. By signing in, you authorize Google to share your name, email address, and profile picture with MLALab.ai. We do not receive or store your Google password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately at support@mlalab.ai if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
MLALab.ai shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic or epidemic, war or terrorism, government actions or regulations, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks (including DDoS attacks), failures of third-party service providers (including AI API providers, cloud hosting, payment processors), labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.
During a force majeure event, our obligations are suspended for the duration of the event. If a force majeure event continues for more than sixty (60) days, either party may terminate these Terms by written notice.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. A waiver of any provision shall only be effective if made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of MLALab.ai.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MLALab.ai regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations.
These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights. Nothing in these Terms is intended to confer any rights or remedies on any person other than the parties hereto.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will also provide notice via the email address associated with your account at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
